Training Plan

We follow a systematic approach in training plan from the time of enrolment

Enrolment Assessment – Prior understanding of member’s fitness background, injuries, medical condition along with their fitness goals is harnessed as a part of enrolment. Body composition measurement and structured fitness test is administered upon enrolment for objective indication of fitness state.

Rebalance, Evaluation & Prepping – 7 to 10 days of rebalance exercises and combination to gauge the fitness levels

Work Out & Diet consultation – First phase work out planning involving a combination of endurance, strength, flexibility and functional training along with consultation on diet to ensure fitness goal fulfillment

Tracking & Monitoring follows as per the debrief in the next section – While the above is customized for every member, for special focus additional review at more frequent intervals is taken.
