No goals can be reached without tracking the results and bringing in course corrections.  And so in our overall fitness strategy, we follow cyclic process for continuous improvements


  1. Counsel & Document the fitness goals
  2. “Body Composition Analysis” is done within the first 7 days
  3. Structured Fitness Test to assess the fitness level of the member is administered in the first 7 days
  4. Plan the workout & diet for a member
  5. Execute the training
  6. Continuously track fitness performance & diet
  7. Scheduled appraisal of fitness results vis-à-vis goals
  8. Mid-course corrections

Besides cyclic tracking, Figure It Out evaluation team constantly monitors performance of members and motivates members through citations, accolades & rewards for performance improvement
