General trainer to oversee form & posture. Bring in corrections whenever required
General trainer to ensure safety of the members

Assignment of lead trainer to the member exclusively

Lead trainer to provide instructions for Cardio & Functional training (3 days a week) & periodically monitor progress of Cardio & Functional training
Lead trainer to review progress at the end of six weeks
Lead trainer to design course correction if required or elevated work out at the end of each review period
Principal trainer to review at the end of every 3 months
Fixed time slot for weight training, flexible time slot for cardio training

Specific trainer to personally assist in the daily work outs (which could be combination of strength, weight, endurance, cardio and functional) – 6 days a week
